Transportation

Chauffeured Vehicle (Private Driver)

A private chauffeured vehicle will be arranged based on the number of guests.

Please note that specific vehicle models cannot be requested.

Sedan: For 1–2 guests

Minivan / Wagon: For 3–4 guests

(Example models: Toyota Alphard Hybrid, Vellfire Hybrid)

If you have a special request—such as preferring a larger vehicle even for 1–2 guests—please feel free to contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Start & End Point (Flexible within Designated Cities)

Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at the following locations:

Major stations or hotels located in central Kyoto City, Osaka City, Kobe City, or Takarazuka City
Kobe Port or Osaka Port

If your preferred location is outside these areas, please contact us in advance. We will be happy to advise whether arrangements can be made. Please note that pricing may vary depending on the location.

Cancellation Policy (Summary)

Free cancellation up to 15 days before the tour date (Japan Standard Time).
100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date.
No-shows (failure to attend at the scheduled date and time) will be charged 100% of the tour price.
No refunds after the tour has started.

Tour Cancellation by Us

If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major transportation disruptions), refunds will be handled in accordance with our Booking Terms.
Please note that some expenses may be non-refundable.
